We’re in search of an operations leader who will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the operations of our Creative team. This team is responsible for creating the memorable and engaging brand design, visuals, campaigns, and messaging across our marketing, product, and internal & external culture.

This candidate will push our Creative team forward leveraging people, process, and technology to establish workstreams and communication that enables our incredible team to perform at their best. You'll be responsible for building the operational excellence of our internal Creative by elevating team performance and allowing for a culture of creativity, and strategic planning. You should possess a holistic understanding of the creative process, from conception through production, and have a keen sensitivity to creative workloads and project deadlines.

The ideal candidate is at the intersection of strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with leadership skills to drive change and an understanding and empathy for the creative process. This candidate will demonstrate quick learning and impressive history of driving results for creative teams. The Role:
  • - Develop and lead an operations strategy for engaging the Creative team with Marketing, Product, Comms, and Executive leadership.
  • - Become the Creative team's dedicated advocate, responsible for end-to-end coordination and support for all creative projects, small to large, campaigns to always-on.
  • - Effectively own and communicate prioritization, project goals, constraints, deliverables, and schedules within a cross-functional team.
  • - Work with Creative leads to manage and improve the processes, systems, and tools used by the creative organization.
  • - Create and maintain production and distribution calendars and scheduling process, detailing project stages, milestones, and deliveries.
  • - Facilitate inclusive and effective meetings and brainstorms to help drive decision-making in and out of the 'room'.
  • - Manage team budgets, with Chief Creative Officer setting the strategy for budget allocation and leading budget reviews with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
  • - 7-10+ years experience in operations and/or project management in-house or at a creative agency.
  • - 7+ years of experience in managing a brand, design, and/or creative projects.
  • - 7+ years of experience managing a team of program and/or project managers.
  • - 5+ years of experience building operational processes using productivity software.
  • - Experience in a consumer-oriented brand or agency that produces high-quality creativity and content.
  • - Strong knowledge of creative and content production workflows for cross-functional projects, including digital, social media, ooh, and more.
  • - Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • - Expert in process improvement and identifying opportunities to create sustainable and scalable solutions across a diverse range of projects and platforms.
  • - Experience in people management, mentorship, and talent retention.
  • - Meticulous sense of detail while also advocating for creative excellence.
  • - Flexibility, motivation, organization, and the capacity to take on a lot at once A great sense of humor!
Desirable:
  • - Experience at a SaaS company.
  • - Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, Google Suite, and other tools.
