We need you, a world-class Technical Recruiter!

This is a unique opportunity to work with our founders and shape the ClickUp team on a daily basis. You'll be empowered to improve our interview processes, drive traffic to our applications, and make strategic initiatives through job advertisements, event sponsorships, and other innovative ideas to help build out our technical recruiting practice.

We are looking for someone who’s “results-oriented” and always eager to get things done, but never at the cost of a thoughtful or strategic approach.

You see the power of data in determining which applicants are successful and which new hires thrive in our environment to adjust your hiring priorities and actions.

You'll manage and drive the full recruitment cycle for all technical departments at ClickUp including Engineering, QA, and Product. This means working hand-in-hand with the heads of each department to find successful candidates in different kinds of environments.
The Role:
  • - Work with ClickUp’s leadership team on talent strategy, growth plans, interview best practices, and effective recruiting process.
  • - Work closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to double our company size in 2021.
  • - Write and maintain the job pages, applications, and postings.
  • - Manage initial applicant reviews, first-interview screenings and/or scheduling, communications, and negotiations.
  • - Use data to adjust your ongoing strategy.
  • - Handle HR hiring processes, document reviews, etc within our HR platform.
  • -Create SOP's for new and existing processes.
  • - 4+ years of experience hiring from sourcing to onboarding.
  • - Experience hiring for various technical roles in an organization: Backend, Frontend, and Full-stack Engineers, Mobile Engineers, Architects, DevOps, Quality Assurance, Data Engineers, Project Managers, Technical Writers, Product Designers, etc.
  • - Experience hiring for a tech startup or an agency serving tech startups.
  • - Strong calendar management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • - A proven track record of creating or enhancing a company’s hiring lifecycle.
  • - Understanding of how to use data to validate the success of hiring efforts.
  • - Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
