ClickUp is looking for a passionate, highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager to handle marketing-related measurement and analytics, execute on an email marketing strategy, as well as work with infrastructure and data management. Additionally, you will assist our Leadership team in orchestrating the annual marketing planning process and develop and mentor the members of our Marketing Operations team.

This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product teams, and 3rd party vendors to ensure our MarTech stack (Salesforce, Pardot, Chili Piper, Zapier) integrates seamlessly to drive efficiencies across the organization.
The Role:
  • - Develop, document, and communicate standard SOPs on key campaign processes: campaign channel structure, program design, and program metrics. Ensure our internal process align to industry best practices.
  • - Serve as the primary owner of our multi-touch attribution platform (Attribution). Maintains the integrity of our attribution model and data hygiene.
  • - Drive ClickUp's overall email deliverability strategy. This includes (but not limited to): creating an email preference center, advising on legal/compliance requirements (incl. GDPR, CCPA), and ensuring our email marketing tactics follows industry best practices.
  • - Identify opportunities to grow the marketing database while ensuring data integrity and governance.
  • - Specific responsibilities include marketing-related measurement and analytics, email marketing strategy as well as infrastructure and data management. This role works in partnership with multiple functions including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product to drive efficiencies across the organization.
  • - Execute on email marketing strategy that includes goal setting, real-time nurture approach, database segmentation.
  • - Oversee Marketing Automation system including production of assets, integrations, tracking and reporting.
  • - Execute on database strategy that will support territories growth; maintain processes for database growth, contact and account enrichment, data hygiene, data governance and quality, data security and compliance with regulations such as GDPR.
  • - Optimize marketing technology stack that will help Marketing team drive efficiency in the execution of various programs.
Qualifications:
  • - 5-7+ years of marketing operations experience. B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • - Experience with Marketing Automation (Drip preferred) and CRM (Saleforce.com).
  • - Hands-on experience in CRM (Salesforce) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
  • - Be the primary owner of Attribution, and be responsible for optimizing functionalities in this tool. This includes (but not limited to): optimize 3rd party ad platform integrations, build core reports, ROI configurations, and manage Attribution data integrity (eg. touchpoints).
  • - Oversees cross-functional, organization-wide marketing initiatives, working with appropriate business partners and a variety of stakeholders as necessary.
  • - Responsible for day-to-day team operations and strategically improving marketing team efficiency.
  • - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and leverage campaign performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
