This role truly is an unprecedented opportunity to have an immense impact and lead exponential growth into the next chapter for ClickUp. You’ll be working with me every day in improving our product to fulfill our one and only mission of making the world more productive.

I absolutely love what we’ve built with the 2.0 version of our product - this foundation will carry us into the billion-dollar territory. The way I see this next chapter for us consists of:
  • 1. Improving and doubling down on what we have.
  • 2. Improving user experience and ease of use including onboarding and market segmented personalization.
  • 3. Adding new features that fit within our scope of ‘replacing all project management apps’.

The Role:
  • - Take ideas and bring them to life.
  • - Make onboarding exceptional.
  • - Improve UX and ease of use.
  • - Manage the product feedback board (Canny).
  • - Be the source of truth for product questions, plans, and our vision.
  • - Work every day with the CEO.
  • - Work directly with a one-of-a-kind team of designers to bring your ideas to life.
  • - Survey customers to determine product changes and feature planning.
  • - A/B test product changes and features.
  • - 2+ years of direct product experience.
  • - Experience with analytics and data-driven decisions especially A/B testing product changes.
  • - Experience with creating onboarding flows.
  • - A complete understanding of the product.
  • - Prototyping features, flows, and ideas.
  • - A power user of productivity apps.
  • - Design experience.
